This is for the oldies in our blogging group. I took this off an email from a cousin who started by saying "My kids asked me what kind of fast foods did you have when you were young. I replied all foods were SLOW when I was a kid. Grandma cooked and we all sat down and ate together at the table and had to be excused to leave the table. The kids laughed and said' seriously dad'.
